PaladinFi ("we", "us") operates alerts.paladinfi.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We collect only what is necessary to deliver the Service.

We do not collect your name, phone number, IP address, or any information beyond what is listed above.
Wallet addresses are public blockchain data — we read them from public RPC nodes. We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the Service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:
Your data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database on a private AWS EC2 instance (us-east-2). Access is restricted to the service operator. We do not store payment card data — all USDC payments are verified on-chain.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your account is deactivated but data is retained for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 90 days of inactivity, your email and Telegram chat ID are deleted. Wallet address and alert history may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement.

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be emailed to registered users at least 7 days before taking effect.
