1. Acceptance

By registering for or using any PaladinFi service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What We Provide

PaladinFi monitors Aave V3 lending positions on public blockchain networks and delivers health factor alerts via email and Telegram. The Service is informational only.

We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Alerts are best-effort notifications — they are not a guarantee that you will be notified before a liquidation event occurs.

3. Service Tiers

• Free: Email alerts on Base and Arbitrum networks. No payment required.
• Pro ($2.99/mo): Email and Telegram alerts on all supported networks. Payment by credit card (Stripe) or USDC on Base.

Pricing may change with 7 days advance notice to your registered email address.

4. Payments and Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. USDC payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. Credit card payments may be refunded within 48 hours of the initial charge by contacting support — thereafter they are non-refundable.

If payment fails or is not renewed, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free tier at the end of your paid period. No data is deleted.

5. No Guarantees of Uptime or Alert Delivery

We operate on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime of the monitoring service
• Delivery of every alert (email delivery, Telegram availability, and RPC node reliability are outside our control)
• That alerts will arrive before a liquidation is executed on-chain

You should not rely solely on PaladinFi to manage your liquidation risk. Always monitor your positions independently.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute alerts without written permission
• Violate any applicable law

7. Account Termination

You may cancel at any time via the unsubscribe link in your welcome email or by sending /cancel to @PaladinFiAlertsBot on Telegram. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaladinFi and its operators are not liable for any losses — including liquidation losses — arising from use of or inability to use the Service, missed alerts, or service outages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel your subscription.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
